.: Patricia Bainter
Patricia Bainter, Director of Administration, began in 1994 as the only secretary at Brenneman. Patricia came to Brenneman following 8 years in the Goshen City Court system, serving as 1 st Deputy. Patricia, with the hiring of additional staff in the year 2000, was moved to office manager and administrative assistant and then named to her current position in 2004. Patricia's duties are varied in the field of administration but a number of them involve policy and procedures, human resource activities, leading staff meetings, and working closely with the Lead Pastor. She has also served as the Brenneman Wedding Coordinator since 1994. Patricia and her husband, Lyle, are parents of three grown children and six grandchildren.
